Defective Item Return/Refund Request
We only consider returns/refunds in the rare occasion that the product is:
- Damaged on arrival
- Defective/Misprint/Wrong Product Sent
In the event it meets either of these criteria, and the request is approved, return shipping (if needed) is at the expense of the customer, unless there is an exception, which will be at a case by case basis.
- We will ask for a picture of the item.
- It must be unworn and unwashed with original labels/tags.
- All information must be complete and accurate or else we cannot go forward with the request.
